[V8] No Fuel Pump Power

That means you have power and ground to the "switching" side of the relay. 
That is, there is a coil of wire in the relay that gets power and pulls the 
other two contacts closed. The switching side is independent electrically of 
the triggered side.

Those two other contacts are what forms the "T" terminals I described. So, 
you need to confirm there is power on one of the two "T" terminals. Then, if 
there is power, your problem is between there and the plug at the rear of 
the car. If there is no power there, you need to go between the fusebox and 
the source of power for it.

BTW, there is no imobilizer in these. This is still nearly 10 years before 
they became commonplace in Audi's.
