[V8] European lights: legal?

Bernie Kosar, there's a name I haven't heard in a while. I seem to recall 
him and Elway back in the day.........

On the headlight front, the funny thing is that the euro's when properly 
aimed are LESS offensive than DOT's with brighter bulbs from that era. This 
is simply because of the sharp beam pattern. And, for that matter, it's sort 
of funny that they are technically illegal, while my wiffe's 05 Camry with 
stock headlights has a nearly identical pattern to the euro's I had on the 
4000Q.
