[V8] Coolant Change

Good Morning V8 friends

I am about to flush and replace the coolant on my 92 V8Q.  I have read that the way to drain the old fluid is by dropping the lower radiator hose on the passenger side.  Then there is apparently a drain plug of some type on both sides of the block?  Blau further says to blow out the system using air through the small hose on the coolant tank.  

Is this correct for our cars?  Or is there a better way to do it? 

Also I did not see how to bleed air out of the system when refilling.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
