[V8] Wiring Guru needed...

Hey, well the Lago car is perfect except for the only window now  
working is the drivers and works great as did the others before I let  
it sit.  3-4 years of sitting has somehow caused the other 3 to stop  
working.  All(didn't physically test the 2 rears) switches are good  
including the safety switch(tested and swapped with known good).   
Wires in door jamb look good.  I've checked/swapped the control unit/ 
thermal fuse/relay, and today I pulled the cover and unearthed the  
Kostal connectors(which were perfect) and sprayed all starting with  
the one for the windows(#4).  There are no mice.  Safety switch shuts  
off the cigar(lighter) in the rear.  Test showed # 4 wire to the  
safety switch to have less than desireable voltage (9.5v)......Book  
says to "repair broken wiring" or such.  I was hoping for a bad  
connector/ground.  Redid all the grounds at the battery(good), and  
had done all obvious ones in the engine compartment recently.  Any  
ideas?    Wanted to put 12v to the #2-3 at the safety switch, but  
didn't want to smoke anything.  The wiring diagram's I've got are  
fuzzy, and incomplete. Want to let the girlfriend drive this car, but  
she whines about the window thing, and want to figure it  
out.........While I'll gladly scab a wire in to make it work(#2#3?),  
this is the 108K car, and I'd like to fix it...Tom
