[V8] Timing belt Dampener

Hey, well I was lurking @ Audiworld, and saw a post about V8 timing  
belt.  Saw a pic of my timing belt job that someone erroneously  
credited to GermanAutoConnection.  I humbly stated that the pic was  
mine and noticed that his dampener was  different than  
mine.....Wanted to post this and have anyone else that want's to jump  
in and figure this out.....This one's for you Ron......Tom
