[V8] UFO brake pads

Hey, well after only a week or so of letting the G-friend drive the  
Lago car, the front brakes are making a nasty grinding noise.  I  
checked my records, and the pads/rotors were done last back in '05  
and 44K ago.  It's below freezing right now and haven't looked at  
them yet.  I found a few sets out there, with the $70 one's(Mintex)  
from GermanAutoParts.com being in the middle pricewise.  Just  
checking to see if anyone's got any opinions on the brand of brake  
pads/maybe someone's got a new set laying around that they never  
installed and went the conversion route.  Hope all's
