[V8] spec clutch

I THINK I read recently on Qworld or Aworld about someone who got a Spec
clutch that had not had some part of the assembly material that was
supposed to be removed actually removed with the result that the clutch
plate itself was damaged when it was installed as it came out of the
box. Spec refused to overnight the replacement parts because the
original order had been shipped ground service. They DID agree to
replace the incompletely manufactured parts, but wouldn't help the guy
who had a car tying up one of his two or three lifts by shipping more
quickly.

The problem, if I recall correctly, was some kind of nub of steel on the
pressure plate that was used for alignment or something and then was
supposed to be ground off before the assembly was completed. They had
failed to grind it off.
