i have an easy fix for that. graphite impregnated grease. i lubed the crap
out of them when i stalled in control arms and no probs. my first car that
i did this with was the 4ksq in 1996. no noise at all, this many years
later.
as for the v8, i am not sure how u would even do a delrin control arm
bushing. it needs a way to move on the inner side. the outer would be
easy.
as for delrin as a product u can now actually buy graphite impregnated
material stock. i did 2 sets about 8 years ago for my cq and a buddies with
no probs. still working good on my car. my buddies, hit an elk. i now
have it for parts.
