[V8] V8 well again

I popped the hood yesterday, and got out my trusty Craftsman mini tool box
and did battle with the aircleaner plenum and assorted stuff to try to see
what was causing my throttle to stick wide open.  
 
With the aid of a flashlight I peered down into the back of the engine and
saw a rod sticking out of its housing and what also appeared to be very,
very dry throttle pieces.  There was a piece of flat thin sheetmetal held in
place by four torx screws the head of which I don't own, so I decided to
spray some lubrication down onto what I could see, and then see how that
helped or not.
 
Fired her up and all is well!  Piece of cake:  just a little white lithium
grease and I think she'll be good to go for another seventy five thousand.
