My recommendations below:

I'd either hook up a battery tender (provided the car will be inside).
Otherwise just disconnect the battery. Change all the fluids before storing,
over-inflate the tires or better yet have the chassis sitting on blocks with
the wheels off the ground. When you do go to start the car, I like to
disconnect the coil wire to each distributor and crank the motor a bit to
get the oil moving before reconnecting and then starting the car.

At least that's my advice. Most important to change the oil before parking,
as the oil tends to become acidic with impurities and off-gassing of fuel,
etc.
