[V8] Power Out to Rear Windows

[too many quattros]

is your rear cig lighter working or not?  i think from what u are saying
below, it is working.  if not, check the rear window "child" switch on the
drivers control panel.  if its activated, it also kills the rear cig lighter
power.  also check for broken wires in the door under the rubber boot coming
out of the b-pillar
