[V8] FW: Power Out to Rear Windows

Neither of my rear windows go down and the switch is good and the cig lighter works. Im betting on two seized motors in the rear doors but have not put a meter on it. The reason i know the switch on the drivers door is working is because at night when the car is at idle and the lights are all on, i press the rear window switches on the drivers door and i notice a drag on the system and a slight dim of lights and when i let off the switch it reverses.
