[V8] Allroad anyone?

I have been looking around at Audis recently. I have been shocked to find
out how cheap the older cars...pre-2003...really are.

Today I have spoken with an owner about a 2004 4.2 allroad for....are you
sitting down? $2500! Yes, there is a catch. The car stopped in traffic and
has been sitting in the owner's yard for three weeks. Sumptoms sound like a
front half shaft, and I have some other questions. Miles? Around 100,000
or so. Depending, I may go and see it.

Others are around throughout New England with prices ranging from the low
four grand to just under 14 grand (at a dealer). Miles are anywhere from
70,000 to 170,000. Still and all, for a running, driving allroad with
everything working, they're cheap.

Never mind garden variety A6's. The most interesting one I have seen
advertised was a 2003 that had broken its timing belt for $2500.

All of these are Avants.

Just sayin'.....

Roger
