[V8] Ramps are a no go

I use a jack on one of the 4 jack points, then stack 8x/4x/2x lumber  
scraps under the rubber "lift" points.  My Lago is the only one  
that's still got all 4 of those rubber thingys.  Over the years, I've  
had 2 cars fall because of inadequate support(one was a cinderblock  
that crumbled), and just yesterday, I was changing a tire on a  
friend's boat on a trailer on the side of the road, and the jack  
slipped out....if it didn't have dual axles...could have been ugly.   
I've got ramps, but never use them.  Tom
