[V8] Window cable busted

Hey, Paul -

I don't believe the individual components (i.e. cable) are available
separately.  I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong ;P

When I replaced mine about two years ago (driver's door too!) I used:

Part #: W0133-1607764 Qty: 1 1991 Audi V8 Quattro Window Regulator

At PartsGeek.com - Looks like they are $145.85 shipped - and one in
stock.  I, personally, will never order from them again (due to
non-existent support) if I can get the part elsewhere - but I think
they have the best bet on this one...
