Just a FYI or buyer beware,
I bought a "new" regulator for my 1990 V8 on EBay and even though it looked like what I needed and the ad said it was for my car, it is not even close to what I need. I am, after 2 weeks of back and forth with the seller, nowhere. He can't understand what could possibly be wrong. He wanted me to check with the dealer to see if there was a mid-year change. I would suggest that when you need a replacement regulator to search out a good used one and put it in as a unit or change out the parts you need.

Same as all the type 44 regulators, should be fairly easy to find a good
used one. I've rebuild quite a few regulators, but they are a bit of a pain
in all reality. Everything can be replaced, but it takes some patience. I do
the UrQ/CGT ones because they are very hard to find and more rare. Most of
the other models have plenty kicking around. I sold tw complete sets several
years ago on ebay for the T44's. They averaged $15 per regulator.
Here's a short thread on QW.

Search window regulator and you will find a bunch more. Mostly in the 4000
forum.
