[V8] Window cable busted

I did it many moons ago, but IIRC, having done it both ways, it was much
easier to pull the entire inner door "skin" out of the door and do it
that way.  Otherwise, you just have to work blind, and curse like hell
when the small bits disappear into the hell portal that is the bottom of
the door skin. ;-)
