Yes, I received links to download from two other people and only one of
those had just a page or two of the ones I was missing, and not the one I
really wanted.  Many thanks to those two individuals nevertheless.  Thanks
as well to Cobram for doing the same.  I have what I was looking for.  Now
if I could just quit dropping things down in the belly pan, I'd be doing a
lot better.  ;-)
