[V8] '93 V8Q various recent issues

I'm having an issue with a code for the coolant temp sensor (engine block location). The check engine light continues to come on after being reset and the sensor changed. The fault code states 'intermittent or no signal' form sensor.  What could be the issue, perhaps the wiring?

I know this has been mentioned before - I am having a more noticeable issue with the 'rubber banding' issue at steady state speed. The O2 sensor is new but the hesitation/surging is is most noticed between 50 and 65 mph.  ????
 
The Auto check/radio/tape 'lighting' is intermittent.Possible causes or solutions? Can the Auto check module be replaced? Also, the outside temp indicator works but lighting is recently out? Is it just a bulb or module to be replaced?

The cruise control works but, seems to get confused at times.  Will drop speed but still hold lower speed, resume works sporadically, Possible causes or solutions?

What are the part numbers for the bulbs that light the console trans indicator and the dash vent controls and additional sources beside the dealer?

All of this just started except for the surge/hesitation. Car is very reliable. Mechanically/cosmetically an 9/8 for a 19 year old car. Thanks!
