[V8] Electric Radiator Fan

I noticed my car getting a little hot and checked the electric fan,.... not running.  I found that the small black box behind the Pentosin reservoir had a split "fusible link".

Is that link replaceable?  If it is, I have no access to the FA to look for a part number (computer in a moving van enroute Seattle) so would appreciate the info.  Is there another quick fix if that is not available, as I hit the road Sat early enroute Seattle.
