With your earlier part number and a little perseverance, I cross referenced
to Mercedes Benz who uses it as a glow plug fuse, p/n 000 545 03 34.  This
led me to a Mercedes list where I found that Napa sells it  as a "80 amp
strip fuse" for $0.63 under part number N171253.  I am calling them in the
AM.  Thanks for all your suggestions!
