[V8] Sunroof

That relay can only control one function, and since the sunroof is doing  
something, the relay is probably working.  I believe Dave's hypothesis is  
the best first place to check.

panel ) this relay not only controls the windows, but the closing of the  
windows and sunroof via key. My money is on this relay being defective.
