  With all due respect Tom, with that benchmark both Mark W and Peter B should be kicking themselves for not waiting infinitely longer than they did in the market!  Virtual prices and 'values' can be debated forever.  Reality, the only thing attractive 'conceptually' here is the miles.  Corrected by a blue interior (the least desireable color), overdue timing belt (1000+ shop price), and faded paint no pics exist of.  

I'm optimistic that v8 5speeds are increasing in value.  4.2 conversions to them even more...  Problem, the historical market to these conversions apparently doesn't support the virtual prices bantered about?  Or, maybe Peter and Mark can chime in, cuz they both got hosed?
