[V8] ISV

It is hard to drive "smoothly" because when I come off a closed throttle
(as in when shifting) the engine speed does unpredictable things.  Part of
it was the O2 sensor (it was throwing a code too - replaced now) and the
only other code is the ISV - which will not go away even though I have
cleaned it several times and its wiggle test also looks good.  I would
also suspect the idle switch, but it checks out OK.

The engine never dies at idle though, and things like the air conditioner
don't bother it. Idle speed usually seems fine no matter the load.
