[V8] front caliper rebuild kit - UFO

I just replaced my brake pads, front and rear, and the rear shocks. Also replaced the rear hydraulic lines.  They were due.  All went well but the front calipers I am sure are original - and they seem to be working OK but the slider pin on one was a little rough. Not binding but I would like to fix it up if I can.  Is there such a thing as a rebuild kit for these things?  I assume the UFO calipers are NLA but have not tried that hard to find one yet.
