[V8] Audi - Chinese (Killing Japanese)

There is a deep hatred of Japanese in China, it goes back to the
atrocities the Japanese committed against them in the past.  The
government does all it can to ferment and nurture this hatred, as it
diverts attention from the Chi-Com govt. own shortcomings.
Every time there's a dispute between the two, China will cut off supplies
of strategic materials such as rare earth metals to Japan and worse in
retaliation.  That banner is actually mild compared to many others that
can be seen on Chinese streets.  
Bad press outside China, but it'll probably help sell a few extra cars at
that dealership.
