[V8] Pearl White - Yellowish

Hi,

I was looking into purchasing a Pearl White car in mechanically fantastic
condition (everything electronic works, new belts, waterpump, etc) but the
color has a noticeable yellowish tint.  Is there an relatively standard fix
for this or is it a full repaint?  The seller (original owner) says the car
has been garaged its whole life, not sure how it got this way.
