[V8] ' 93 V8Q - Accelarator/throttle shaft

If the accelerator shaft is sticking (not returning fully) it can be the bearing at the other end (front of the car).  The bearing is available separately from a bearing place for something like $20, I have the part number somewhere if you need it.
Check the knowledge base files, I think it is described there.

The accelerator shaft that transmits the accelerator cables movement to the
throttle valve assembly is sticking/not returning completely therefore
causing a higher idle.  Any solutions to this issue and/or is the return
spring on the cable mechanism at the rear of the engine going?  Any
possibilities of replacement/repair?
