I doubt your sensors are bad - this sounds like the cold solder joints in the instrument cluster 
syndrome.

Quick check, whack the top of the dash above the instrument cluster (firmly, but not like you want 
to kill it) and see if the gauges start to change or behave.


The fix isn't hugely difficult, but if you can't or don't want to solder, find someone on the list 
who has already done this. Couple of hours total, first time - look at the archives for more 
information.

(Please type carefully, some of this stuff is pretty technical and we need to know that we are 
talking about the same thing. It will cost you big bucks if someone misunderstands you and says "go 
fix X" and something else is what was really wrong ;-)
