to those who asked for pics, i am sorry, i must have deleted them. i can't
find them anywhere. i saw the car last october, 2012 for a friend who was
interested. i really, really enjoyed meeting gerry.

in the end, the deal was between gerry and my friend. the deal did not
happen as the price was not right.

i can give my thoughts on the car

it was a very clean but horribly stored car. it has sat for about 6 years
under a bunch of trees just collecting debris. the exterior is light blue
IIRC and the interior is travertine (it MAY have been gray, i just don't
recall).

the interior would have to come out completely to be cleaned. it was
disgusting, wet, moldy but very salvageable. the seats looked very nice.

IIRC, the motor has 120K on it and the body 160K. maybe its the other way
around.

either way, it would need all new fluids, belts and a general overall
cleaning.

the headlights would have to be replaced too as i think they were
delaminating. i guess u could have them vacuum metalized if you wanted.
they were NOT euros.

other than the overall condition of the car and the fact that it had a 4.2
in an original 5 speed car and it is in very straight, clean shape, but
needing a bunch of elbow grease i found the car to be something i would buy
and save if A) i did not already have 5+ projects and B) if i lived in the
USA and C) if the price was right.

i can say this car is way too nice to go to the scrap yard.

if i can find the pics, i will send them to those who have asked.
