[V8] heater hoses

Well it looks like I am going to take the plunge , however I have checked 
all the usual suspects and could not come up with a source for the 
heater hoses are they NLA or dealer only item? In addition I know I used to have somewhere a write up for the timing belt and all the associated parts needeed for the job but I must have lost it after my last V8 
ownership finished. Can some one point me in a direction where I could 
find it? The car is really to nice to go to the crusher and my friend 
Bernd has put  $5000 into it over the last couple of years keeping it up but doesn't do his own wrenching so he can not justify the bottom 
line.
