[V8] V8 Rear Pwr Windows

Hey Professor, well even though I've still got the flu, we got a  
sunny day finally and I decided to mess with one of the rear  
windows.  Sure enough, the motor was rusted up.   It didn't want to  
come apart or even budge, so I just swapped the motor for a spare I  
had that came apart easily, and reinstalled it after lubing/ 
cleaning.  After getting the door back together, took the frozen one  
to the workbench, and after a bunch of spray into those drain holes,  
got it to come free and reinstalled it in the spare regulator that I  
stole the other from.  The only thing I'll add, is the book show's to  
put a ziptie where the cables come into the housing(to keep the  
plastic thing the cable is wrapped around from separating from the  
metal top).  Now I just have to do the other 2 and will be back in  
business....Thanks for the motivation.....Tom
