[V8] Megasquirting an ABH 4.2l V8

Hi

I am trying to get the 4.2l Audi V8 in my kitcar running using a
Megasquirt, MS1 V3 running MSExtra Code. I am using a 36-1 trigger wheel
on the front pulley and twin Ford coil packs for wasted spark ignition. 

I have set the wasted spark pairs as:

1 - 6

5 - 3

4 - 7

8 - 2

The injectors are firing 4 times per cycle in 2 banks, left and right.

 

My problem is the engine will not start, it fires and backfires through
the exhaust, "technically" the Megasquirt config is correct however, I
am unsure of the timing and the fuel table. Has anyone done this before?
Has anyone and idea what could possibly be wrong?
