[V8] Fixed broken dimmer dial inside cluster........

Today i took out the cluster and took the dimmer dial assembly  out. Upon examining i noticed broken pieces of black plastic inside rattling around clearly parts of the dial assembly.  So i didn't waste any time trying to fix 25 year old switch.
I soldered a small piece of wire on the back side of the dial assembly board, and jumped the switch and bypassed the dimming function.  
Put it all back together and problem solved full bright lights on dash and console.
