Find a shop that rebuilds starters and alternators. They should be able to help you out.
The fan is a press fit, be sure the retaining clip is off.
The bearing is easily obtained once it is in your hand for sizing. Get one rated for electric motors. (Best quality)
The brushes may need to be filed down from a larger one. It is unlikely you will find an exact replacement. Be creative.
The rear bushing probably can be reused.
If you find a good shop with knowledgable and helpful people (not easy in this time of cheap Chinese throwaway junk) you should get out of this repair for under $20.
