[V8] 1990 V8 ignition lock

If the car didn't have relayed headlights early, the combo switch's
contacts may be contaminated with melted plastic from the connectors.
BTDT. You MAY get relief by pulling the connectors and trying to polish
the contacts with emery cloth. I had some success with this, but in the
end, replaced both the switch and the connectors on the harness after
relaying the headlights.
