[V8] 1990 V8 minor electrical issue on circuit # 14

I would first check the rear cigarette lighter, to make sure a little
one didn't stick a penny into the opening.

My next suggestion would be to check the wiring harnesses going along
a hinge -- to that engine compartment light, and maybe the one at the
driver's door.
