[V8] 1990 V8 minor electrical issue on circuit # 14

Same here and a common type 44 issue going back almost 30 years. Check the wiring in the trunk hinge for frayed wire short.  Also a bad or missing glove box switch can cause the positive feed to ground on the glove box frame
