[V8] Audi faith shaken? Need to vent!

A friends shop bought a ITG (Impossible To Get) compressor for an old Jag
 http://www.compressor-express.com , and when it arrived it was NOS OEM. 
No affiliation etc. YMMV  

I replaced the compressor in one of mine, it only pulled duty for one
summer before I took the car off the road.  You can have the whole car
for little more than Shokan wants for the compressor, has a rebuilt
transmission in it with about 2000miles since rebuild too.  

If you don't have a decent parts car or 3, it's nuts to try and keep a
V8Q on the road.  Then again, I don't think anyone reading this list can
be placed in the sane category. ;-)
