UNPLUG YOUR FAN NOW!!!

sorry to yell but if you have not already burned up the motor you will
soon. The front bearing is easy to get and cheap - be sure to get one
rated for an electric motor. The rear bushing is probably still good.
If you really need to, the brushes can be replaced too but that will
require some "manufacturing" on your part.
