Ethanol is a great cleaner for vehicles from areas that don't have ethanol in there fuel. The ethanol cleans the gas tank of any build up ... This build up or debris is deposited in the fuel fill thus ... Choking the filter which causes a no start. I found this out when I drove from Toronto Canada to Mazatlan Mexico

To minimize the aggravation of dealing with a lot of tire kickers, I'd sell it all as a package deal: wheels and lights as on the car, with original OEM wheels and lights in the trunk.
Price? Not as much as you think. :( What will it take to make it a runner? Decontaminate the ethanol (see below)?

Huh? "Ethanol contamination"? You mean the alcohol in the fuel? What are the symptoms? Swelling rubber? Corroded metal bits? Do tell.
