[V8] re water pump replacement

What makes you think you need a new water pump? Noise? Leak? The thermostat
is just about and to the left of the pump so a leak could be coming from
there.

it looks like i need a new one which freaks me out. im guessing the belt has
to come off to do it.  heard years ago that this was a labor intensive
