[V8] Need the passenger-side distributor for '91 3.6

Well, since it's pretty obvious that AOA isn't gonna make a  
replacement realistic ever, any info on fixing is good for everyone.   
Personally, my experience with AOA jacking up price on parts when  
they got scarce/basically giving up on the car(s) that helped put  
them on the map makes me wonder what they're f&^%$$#$# thinking.  I  
wouldn't buy a new Audi/VW period simply over the fact that they  
jacked up that swaybar bushing from a low of $7 to a crazy $49/each  
when there were only 2 available in the US.    Just look @ the  
closeout site, and see all the stuff that they are purposely removing  
from the market, making it NLA.  There's 08 stuff in there.  They  
stand by their product for about 8-10 yrs @ this point, not that  
everyone out there really wants a new small plastic part for $289.   
If AOA cared at all about all of us "diehards", they'd have all 10 of  
those distributors shipped over, and they'd be $150.  And just so you  
know, there's more than 10 in Germany.....Ha.  Tom
