[V8] Clutch Overcenter Spring

Thank you gentlemen!
I had to replace the unit on #344 myself years ago. I know it is difficult
to get way up in the under-dash area, but I remember pulling the pedal pivot
and finding the work minimally painful.
I can tell from the wear on the plastic part that the spring had been broken
for quite some time ... those others with 5-speeds may want to poke their
head up there to see if the part appear to be crooked. I'm working with an
ME at work to see if we can't find a replacement spring. Mendezworks
(thanks for the message BTW!) tells me that the part is still available, but
I'm not sure it is worth $52 to me ...

Mine broke years ago and I had to use one from I think a 200. Same physical
size but the spring is lighter. It's real fun to replace too :)

the clutch and brake appear to be functional, I suspect the over center
spring has broken. VAGCAT says the P/N is 4A0721403E. Called the local
dealer who told me that the part is not officially obsoleted, but there is
no stock so he suspected it might be.
