[V8] 5k brakes, rear bias valve

Hello all,
I have a 87 5k q patient with a brake problem, which I'm wondering if it
could be the rear valve which had a spring on it going to the rear driver's
control arm.  I'm assuming this'd valve should readily move by hand, but it
doesn't move at all when I tried.  Anyone rebuilt one, or have a spare?

The symptoms are pretty simple.  Bleed brakes, gets nice and firm, then
loses pressure after a while, maybe after your first short
drive/overnight?  Thinking the prop valve could be stick mostly closed.
The car was on jacks for a while, upon finishing now brakes act up.  No
fluid leaks that we can find.
