[V8] issue with fuel injection 90 v8

Hello the past few days i've noticed my 1990 v8 was running pretty bad and i'm getting awful fuel mileage. Like 10 miles per gallon. Idles rough too..... 

 i pulled the codes and i got  #4411  injector 1 and 5 open or shorted.  What would be the troubleshooting procedure for this. When i pull the plug wire off cylinder one while she is running i get no change in engine noise appears this cylinder is not firing although it is getting spark (i can hear it as i come cole to re attaching wire)
