[V8] 1990 V8 Rear Stabilizer Bar

I may not recall 100% Correctly, but I think it comes from a URS6.  I had
all the parts once for the swap, but sold them after an unfortunate,
unscheduled v8 bbq event.  If there was a V8 offered with the rear bar, it
was for a limited model year.  I do know the front bars had a few different
diameters as well, the largest one being on a Euro model, again I think the
S6+, but can't recall.

It would be worth searching the KB and seeing if the answer is there, it
would be in an email string I started a few years back, I got the answer I
was looking for back then.
