[V8] 1990 V8 loss of power at 1600rpm

Hopefully when you check the codes, it will tell you something  
useful.  I've had a minor oscillation @ highway speeds resolved by  
full tuneup (wires/caps/plugs/ox/fuel filter).....not sure which was  
the guilty one, but it's gone.  I've also had 2 parts cars that  
stumbled(ran rough) around 2000-2500 and those were from missing  
flywheel teeth.  Let's hope yours is something like an OX sensor or  
Throttle position sensor.  If no codes, I'd look @ caps/wires/plugs  
first.   Good luck and report back.  RHD....wish I had one of
