I'd probably recommend an indy or trans shop over a dealer. I had my RS6
serviced by a dealer in Memphis and had to talk to the "Old" guys about
it, only one service rep (out of 4) and 1 tech (out of 8) even knew what
an RS6 was. It seems that anything over 5 years old is hard to get good
knowledgeable technicians for.
Also be prepared to be told a great many of the transmission internals
have been discontinued. You should be safe for seals but valve body
solenoids, the speed sensor, and a few other parts are long NLA by Audi
and by ZF.
