[V8] Rear springs

I'm not exactly sure what makes the squeaky noise. It comes and goes. Seems to get worse in dry conditions. I've neglected the rear shocks.
One of the few parts that I haven't replaced. Looks like its time to crawl under there..

Took them back off and ended up cutting off the excess bit of the threaded rod that was trying to burrow thru the car.  If it really is the springs, spray them with Corrosionx or something if the mounts are rusty, but even the high mileage parts car didn't make any noise back there and the entire suspension was saggy.
